Payment Methods:

You may purchase your "Evander Holyfield Real Deal Grill" and its accessories by using your Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover card online. You may also pay for your Grill and accessories by sending a check or money order to the following address:

Payment Options and when you will be billed:

One Pay Option
You may pay for your "Real Deal Grill" and accessories in one simple payment, which will be billed to your credit card on the day of shipping. All "check" or "money order" orders require one single payment, and will be shipped on the date that the funds are deposited.

Installment Pay Option
You may also pay for your Grill and any additional Grills using our 3-payment installment plan. The first installment charge will be for one-third of your total purchase price for your Grill(s) plus the full cost of shipping and handling. The remaining two installment billings will not contain any shipping and handling charges.

The first payment will be billed to your credit card on the date of shipment. The second installment will be billed approximately 30 days after the initial charge, and the third will be approximately 60 days after the initial charge. Any applicable sales tax will be billed on each installment charge at the time of the transaction.

Any accessories for the Real Deal Grill that are purchased when you order your Real Deal Grill with the 3-payment installment plan option will be billed in full at the time of the first installment charge. Only the portion of your purchase that relates to the ordering of your Grill(s) is eligible for the installment plan.

60 Day Return Guarantee Policy:

You have 60 days from the time of shipment to return your Real Deal Grill and accessories for a complete refund of their purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. In order to receive a refund, you must return the Grill and any accessories to the address indicated above, and we will issue a credit to your credit card account or send you a check refund if you purchased by check or money order which has been honored by the issuing bank. Product must be received in order to receive a full refund.

Lifetime Replacement Warranty Policy:

Any request to return your Grill and accessories after the 60-day Guarantee period for a refund will not be honored. However, with our Lifetime Replacement Warranty, you can have your Real Deal Grill and accessories replaced for only a shipping and handling charge equal to your original shipping and handling charge of $29.95. This means that you will never have to purchase another grill! Simply return the Grill and any accessories you purchased and receive a complete new replacement unit and any purchased accessories - no questions asked.

Instructions on Returns and Replacement Requests:

1.   Call Customer Service at 1-800-901-5310 if you wish to return or replace your Real Deal Grill; You will be required to have a Return Authorization number from us to insure that you are properly credited if you meet the return criteria or to receive your replacement warranty authorization
2.   Package your item carefully to insure that your grill arrives safely to our facility
3.   For Returns within the 60 day guarantee period, please allow 3 weeks for us to process your return after we receive it, and 30 days to receive your applicable refund
4.   For Replacements, you will be asked to send a check for $29.95 to cover the cost of shipping and handling to receive your new unit
5.   Please note that you will only receive credit for items you return if returned within the guarantee period (goes for original unit and accessories)
6.    Replacement of accessories without the grill will require a partial shipping and handling charge that relates to the cost of shipping the items in question
